How being "liked" creates a growth bottleneck. A deep dive into Adlerian psychology, blind spots, and why clarity is the highest form of care in high-growth environments.
Thoughtful and sensible post. I have been on the other side of the feedback and often confused it with empathy. Your post opened my eyes about separation of tasks. It benefits both parties when feedback is honest. Thank you for sharing, Elena!
Thank you for sharing. I'm glad it resonated. Something simple as a feedback can become very complex, but it's us making it that way. It's important to build the foundation of safety and trust prior to giving feedback and expecting it to be considered. Being on the other side of the table, you probably wouldn't even consider that feedback if you don't respect the person giving it.

Lovely…!!!
It was a very nice conversation with you on this subject Elena…
Hope you will write the book and it will become a breakthrough for you the same way it became to me.
